By Purchasing an item on Wholesale Power Toolsthe customer assumes responibility for payment. If a gramical error has occurred (i.e. wrong price, wrong information about product, or any other form of error) Wholesale Power Tools will correct and adjust, however, is not responsible for difference in price or misprpoer use of it's tools and products. Prices can change at anytime. Only when proper payment has been recieved will the order be filled for the customer. The items will be sent out via FedEx.
Wholesale Power Tools has no control over lost or stolen goods after package has left our warehouse. Insurance is in place to help with any situation as mentioned. Furthermore, Wholesale Power Tools is not responsible for any type of fraud including identity theft or illeagal purchases. The customers information is secure and will only be released to that individual with proper proof of identification.
