How to Buy Online at Wholesale Power Tools – U.S. Orders Only

If you would like to make a purchase on our Wholesale Power Tools site, either search for the product in the search box at the top of the page or use the drop down menus to locate the category of the product. Once you locate the tool or accessory that fits your needs, click on the link next to the image to get a full description of the product.

To buy, click on the ‘Add to cart’ button below the detail. You will have an opportunity to log-in for easy future reordering, or you can choose not to log-in. After you have selected your items, you'll have a chance to review your total order, including any discounts, tax, and shipping costs. If you're satisfied, you'll provide your credit card information to complete your secure transaction.

You will then see an Order Confirmation screen which indicates we've received your order and gives you a confirmation number for your order.

We'll send an email confirmation within 24 hours to let you know your order has been processed. This email is your receipt and will include your confirmation number, verification of the items purchased, your shipping and delivery information, and any applicable rebate forms. Mail-in rebate forms are only available for Domestic purchases.

Minimum Order

The minimum order amount (excluding taxes and shipping) is $25.00 except for Erico Caddy which is $170.00.

Shipping & Delivery

We will process your order within 24 – 48 hours – usually quicker – and ship the item to your shipping address. Our business is open 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday - Friday, so we are not available to process orders over the weekend. If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, we will ship it on the next business day.

We will notify you when your order is placed and provide you with a tracking number. Most items are delivered within 2 - 4 business days after your order is processed varying upon your location. Shipping to most of the Eastern, Northern and Southern U.S. takes between 1-3 business days. Shipping to parts of the West Coast, Midwest and most of the east coast takes up to 5 business days. Shipping to the Northwest, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico takes 6 business days. Free shipping on selected items is shipped by ground and only available in the 48 contiguous United States.

Deliveries do require a signature, unless you waive the signature option. Should you choose to waive the signature requirement, we can’t be held responsible for lost or stolen items. Should you prefer to receive your tools or accessories quicker, we have expedited options. Next day air should be received within 2 business days. 2nd Day Air should be received within 4 business days. Please feel free to call us, should you need specific information on shipping.

When you receive your shipment, please inspect the packaging carefully, and note with the delivery driver any damage to the packaging at that time. This is important because the shipping company may not take responsibility for the damage if it is not noted.  You may also refuse delivery if the item was damaged in shipping and note the information to the driver.  If possible, take pictures and send them to us - and we will assist you in replacing your order. It is important to note, that you must notify us within 3 business days of damage from delivery.

For JET equipment any machines weighing over 2,000 pounds and bulky, over-sized machines with large footprints (i.e. Panel Saws, Metalworking Lathes, Mill/Drills) may not be able to be delivered via Lift Gate. Wholesalepowertools.com is not responsible for arranging special delivery for these orders or paying the additional freight associated with these orders. Orders may only be sent via freightliner (Freightliner handling charges apply). Expedited shipment is not available on freightliner shipments.  
USPS International Shipping
Not all packages shipped Internationally using USPS offer tracking services. Should you chose one of these international shipping options WholesalePowerTools.com will not be responsible to provide any tracking services or held accountable for any loss or damage which might occur during transit.

What is lift gate service?

A lift gate is basically a motorized platform attached to the back of the trailer that will physically lower your large and/or heavy items to the ground so you can take them inside your business or residence. Please keep in mind that the truck driver is not responsible for unloading the truck. For large pieces of equipment, in particular, a lift gate is the only way you'll be able to get your shipment safely off of the truck if you do not have a forklift and/or a delivery dock.

Rockwell Warranty Information: LIMITED 30-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY. During the first 30 days after date of purchase, you may exchange a tool which does not work properly due to defects in materials or workmanship by calling our customer service hotline number 866-514-ROCK (7625) to obtain a Return Authorization Number and our Returns Location address. To receive a replacement power tool, you must present a dated proof of purchase and return all original equipment packaged with the original product.

LIMITED FIVE YEAR WARRANTY:
The manufacturer warrants that, for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase, this product shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace, at our option, this tool during the warranty period, and we may require that the tool be sent postage prepaid to an approved service center with all original equipment and a dated proof of purchase. Any replacement or repaired power tool will only be covered by the limited warranty for the balance of the warranty period from the date of the original purchase. NOTE: This warranty does not apply to cosmetic imperfections resulting from normal wear and tear.

Returns & Replacements at Wholesale Power Tools

At Wholesale Power Tools, we stand behind our products. We accept returns up to 30 days after you receive your order. Your order must be in new condition, and be in the original packaging. There may be restocking fees, please call us to find out and to receive a RMA (return merchandise authorization number) for your return. Freight is not refundable. Items returned due to customer error will be charged the original shipping , return shipping and outbound shipping fees on any replacement item. Returns of this type may also be subject to a restocking fee up to 25%.

Factory Reconditioned Makita Tools

Factory Reconditioned Makita tools cannot be returned or replaced, but are covered by the same warranty as new Makita items.

Generac

All Generac products are non-refundable and non-returnable. All items that are purchased must be confirmed by the customer's electrician and/or authorized installer. Any items received damaged should be refused at the time of delivery and noted on the BOL. Any item that becomes defective or need servicing must go through the Generac warranty protocol. An authorized service dealer is to be contacted and they will service based on warranty parameters through Generac's Tech service/ Warranty guidelines.
