Expected Shipping Time and Requirements for Each Shipping Option
Please note: 'Business Days' are Monday through Friday; wholesalepowertools.com does not process orders on Saturday or Sunday, nor do our carriers deliver on these days. All of our products under 150 lbs are shipped via FedEx. We will provide a tracking number once your ordered is processed. All deliveries require a signature. If you waive the signature option, we are not responsible for any loss or stolen items. Items shipped include insurance. Any insurance claims are processed through FedEx.

Domestic Ground Shipping
Order processing time can take 2-4 business days before they are sent out to shipping. Shipping to most of the eastern, northern and southern US takes between 1-3 business days. Shipping to parts of the west coast, Midwest and most of the east coast takes up to 5 business days.
Shipping to the northwestern; US, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico takes 6 business days.

Please note the following:
All shipments will require a signature for delivery.
Some expedited items will take up to 24-hours to process before they are sent out to shipping.
Orders over 150lbs may only be sent via freightliner (Freightliner handling charges apply). Expedited shipment is not available on freightliner shipments.
Payment must be processed before your order can be shipped
Special orders cannot be expedited.
Privacy & Security
We respect your privacy. Therefore the information you provide to us will only be shared with the companies directly involved with the sale (i.e. credit card companies and banks, FedEx for shipping etc.). All your personal Information is stored on a secure server where we can access it if needed. No outside companies will have access to your information nor will we sell, share, and buy any personal information under any circumstances. If you receive an e-mail from WholeSalePowerTools.com it was sent to you, the customer, directly from us and not an outside company. Returns & Replacements
At wholesalepowertools.com, we stand behind our products. We accept returns up to 30 days after you receive your order. Your order must be in new condition, and be in the original packaging. There may be restocking fees of 25%. Please contact us for a RMA (return merchandise authorization number) for your return. Freight is not refundable.
When you receive your shipment, please inspect the packaging carefully, and note with the delivery driver any damage to the packaging at the time. If possible, take pictures and send them to us - and we will assist you in replacing your order. It is important to note, that you must notify us within 3 business days of damage from delivery.
25% Restocking fee may apply.
Customer is responsible for return freight.

Rockwell Warranty Information:
LIMITED 30-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY
During the first 30 days after date of purchase, you may exchange a tool which does not work properly due to defects in materials or workmanship by calling our customer service hotline number 866-514-ROCK 866-514-ROCK (7625) to obtain a Return Authorization Number and our Returns Location address. To receive a replacement power tool, you must present a dated proof of purchase and return all original equipment packaged with the original product.

LIMITED FIVE YEAR WARRANTY
The manufacturer warrants that, for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase, this product shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace, at our option, this tool during the warranty period, and we may require that the tool be sent postage prepaid to an approved service center with all original equipment and a dated proof of purchase. Any replacement or repaired power tool will only be covered by the limited warranty for the balance of the warranty period from the date of the original purchase. NOTE: This warranty does not apply to cosmetic imperfections resulting from normal wear and tear.
Minimum Order Amount
The minimum order amount (excluding taxes and shipping) is $25.00.
International Orders
If you are placing an order to be delivered outside of the United States, or to a P.O. Box, you cannot pay with a credit card and use the online shopping cart. You must call 1-866-462-3581 or email sales@wholesalepowertools.com for a freight quote. These orders can be placed over the phone, or emailed to sales@wholesalepowertools.com. The only payment accepted for these shipments is PayPal. The customer is responsible for any taxes or duties involved in importing merchandise. The taxes, duties and insurance will be included in the freight quote. Business and personal checks will be accepted as well, but will be held ten business days prior to the order being shipped.
